Mr. Mitchell has over 16 years of legal experience representing both debtors and creditors. While many of those clients are consumer debtors, a substantial portion of his practice involves the representation of creditors and local ad valorem taxing authorities before the United States Bankruptcy Court.
Mr. Mitchell has practiced bankruptcy law exclusively for the last 14 years, representing clients nationwide. He has helped both debtors and creditors successfully navigate their way through the bankruptcy process in both large and small matters.
