Bankruptcy Book
Attorney DeMarco focuses his practice on the representation of individuals, families and small businesses that are considering the possibility of filing a petition for relief under either chapter 7 or chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. Clients are apprised of all options available including, refinancing, creditor workouts, assignment for the benefit of creditors, and bankruptcy. Of those clients seeking the relief afforded them under the Bankruptcy Code, the firm limits its practice to the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division, located in Dallas, Texas, and the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division, located in Plano, Texas. The Dallas Division has jurisdiction over residents and business located in the counties of Dallas, Ellis, Hunt, Johnson, Kaufman, Navarro and Rockwall.
