Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Law Firm
DeMarco•Mitchell, PLLC, was established in 2009 when Messrs. DeMarco and Mitchell elected to merge their respective law firms. The merger resulted in a more efficient law firm with an emphasis on providing personal legal services at a resonable rate.
DeMarco•Mitchell, PLLC, currently limits it practice to personal bankruptcy and business reorganization. While the firm represents both debtors and creditors in a variety of matters before the United States Bankruptcy Court (Eastern and Northern Districts of Texas), a majority of the firm':s clients are individual consumer and business debtors. With over thirty five years of combined legal experience, the members of DeMarco•Mitchell, PLLC, have helped hundreds of individual consumers and businesses restructure their respective financial affairs under, or in conjunction with, the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Messrs. DeMarco and Mitchell are dedicated to providing quality legal advice to everyone of the firm's clients and will fight to ensure every client is represented to the best of our ability; and in the context of our debtor clients, that means receiving the fresh start they are entitled to. To that end, it is the policy of the firm that a lawyer conduct all initial client consultations (whether via telephone or in the office) and attend all meetings with the bankruptcy trustee. The firm will never employ an assistant or paralegal to represent you in such critical matters.
